UGC has constituted the Anomaly Committee to assess the representations received by UGC to facilitate smooth implementation of the Regulations

Appointment of 'Anomaly Committee' to assess the representation on the "UGC- Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for appointement of Teachers and Other Academi Staff in Univesites and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education,2010."

The above UGC Regualtions, 2010 has been notified on 30th June, 2010 and posted on the UGC-Website after its approval by the Commission and MHRD, Governement of india. The Chariman, UGC has now constituted the Anomaly Committee with the following experts to assess the representations received/ to be received by UGC to facilitate smooth implementation of the Regulations.

It is hereby notified that the stakeholders may send their justifiable representiation to the Joint Secreatary (Pay Scale), UGC, New Delhi for consideration by the Committee. Representations from individual's teachers /other academic staff may have to be sent through proper channel (i.e. Colleges/ Universities) for consideration by the Committee. The last date for receipt of representation would be 30th September, 2010.
