AIFUCTO XXX Academic Conference – Organized by AIFUCTO in collaboration with Assam College Teachers’ Association (ACTA) – District Library Auditorium, Guwahati – December 07-09, 2016
The conferences organized on behalf of All India Federation of University and College Teachers' Organizations (AIFUCTO) is an occasion for the teachers from all over the country to deliberate upon the activities of the organisation, to analyse the educational scene in the country and in the world. It is crucial for the teachers to participate in the emerging educational scenario. The 30th AIFUCTO Academic Conference on the theme “New Education Policy” will be held at Guwahati from December 7-9, 2016 in collaboration with Assam College Teachers’ Association (ACTA). AIFUCTO and ACTA cordially invite the delegates and observers from the affiliated organizations of the AIFUCTO to participate in this Conference.

The venue of the Conference is District Library Auditorium, Guwahati 781 001, which is in close proximity to Dighalipukhuri, the famous pond with historical significance. The venue is quite near to Guwahati High Court, Handique Girls’ College, Reserve Bank of India and Guwahati Railway station.

Seminar
A National Seminar is organized every year on some important topics in which quality articles are presented by the delegates of the conference. This year the delegates shall prepare and present their papers on the following sub themes.
Care must be taken to prepare all papers in the context of the document on New Education Policy uploaded in the MHRD website (http://mhrd.gov.in/sites/upload_files/mhrd/files/Inputs_Draft_NEP_2016_1.pdf).

Papers must be submitted on or before 15th November, 2016. All papers should bear the full name of the author/authors, college/university, the affiliated Association and the full address with email ID at the top of the first page. Papers should be double spaced, footnotes to be similarly spaced. The total length should not exceed 2000 words including footnotes.
