UGC directs that FDP substitute teachers during XI Plan are entitled for arrears as per revised scale

… I am directed to say that if the minimum pay scale prescribed for lecturers/Assistant Prof. are revised and implemented by the State Government as per 6th Pay Commission Report, substitute teachers appointed under UGC scheme of FDP during XI Plan are entitled for arrears/difference of salary as per revised scale.
