DEMANDS

1. Pay the arrears for the revised UGC pay scales from 01.01.2006
2. Implement all allowances on par with Central Government employees
3. Enhance the retirement age upto 65 years
4. Make 20 years of service eligible for full pension
5. Issue orders restoring 40% commutation
6.Withdraw the Contributory Pension Scheme for those appointed after 01.04.2003
7. Resolve Junior getting more pay anamoly at college level
8. Fill up the Non-Teaching staff vacancies in all colleges immediately
